Die Wurzel riecht erdig und leicht nach Pferdestall, daher der Name (ashva = Pferd).<\/p>\n<div class=\"eh-tinktur\" style=\"background:#f6f1e4;border-left:4px solid #c9972c;border-radius:10px;padding:18px 22px;margin:22px 0\">\n<h3 style=\"margin:0 0 8px\">Tinktur, kurz erkl\u00e4rt<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin:0 0 8px;line-height:1.6\">Die klassische Tinktur: Bio-Alkohol und Reinstwasser ziehen die Pflanzenstoffe aus und machen den Auszug \u00fcber Jahre haltbar. Der Ansatz liegt bei einem Teil Pflanze auf drei Teile Auszug, bei Volltinkturen aus frischer Pflanze sogar 1:1. Mindestens drei Monate Reife in der Manufaktur in Werder, von Hand aufgesch\u00fcttelt und abgef\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0;line-height:1.6\">20 Tropfen sind etwa 1 ml. In Wasser verd\u00fcnnt oder pur, kurz im Mund behalten, am besten vor dem Essen. Wer keinen Alkohol m\u00f6chte, findet viele Pflanzen bei uns auch als alkoholfreie Glycerin-Tinktur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>So nimmst du sie<\/h3>\n<p>3-mal t\u00e4glich 20 Tropfen (ein Viertel Teel\u00f6ffel, etwa 1 ml), bei Bedarf in Wasser, kurz im Mund behalten, am besten vor der Mahlzeit.
