Good to know
- Valerian requires patience. It takes days to develop its full effect, not an hour.
- It can cause drowsiness. Therefore, it's best not to take it before driving or operating machinery.
- Do not take with sedatives or sleeping pills, and do not take with alcoholic beverages. The tincture itself contains 35% alcohol by volume (approximately 1 teaspoon per dose), therefore it is not suitable for people who avoid alcohol.
